You should expect your laboratory to provide personal, consultative and responsive customer service

  • Phone calls to DCL Client Services during regular business hours are answered promptly by a client services representative.
  • Experience, combined with understanding of clients’ needs, allows DCL to work proactively to pursue solutions to clients’ ongoing challenges.
DCL Client Services Representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. EST.
