Specimen Transportation

  • Up to daily courier service is available.
    Phlebotomy Staffing as Needed
  • In-office phlebotomy services and/or conveniently located patient service centers are available.
  • All DCL Phlebotomists come highly recommended from previous employers and must pass proficiency testing as part of the interview process.
  • DCL-employed phlebotomists are responsible for:
    • Ordering all tests in the online laboratory ordering system
    • Retrieving results to be distributed to physicians/staff
    • Using a tracking system to ensure all results are received in a timely manner
    • Ordering laboratory supplies
    • Preparing specimens for transport

Electronic Interfacing

  • DCL has experience interfacing electronically with client offices.
  • We will assess your needs and provide electronic interfacing to suit.

24/7 Access to Online Ordering and Reports

  • Through a secure, online laboratory ordering system, DCL can provide electronic ordering and immediate results for most specimen types from any computer with Internet access.
  • On-site training for all office staff.

Competitive Turnaround Times

  • Results for most clinical tests are provided within 24 hours.
  • Average turnaround time is 2 to 3 days for normal Paps.
