- Staff Credentials: Each DCL pathologist is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic and clinical pathology. Our staff cytotechnologists are ASCP registered and licensed by the state of New York. The DCL histology staff members are also board certified histotechnologists.
- Lab Accreditation: DCL is accredited by the CMS and the College of American Pathologists. The cytology laboratory is licensed by the Departments of Health in Florida, Maryland, and New York.
- DCL established its leadership roots in 1984 by opening one of the first outpatient fine needle biopsy clinics in the United States.
- DCL was one of the first laboratories to codify complex anatomic pathology diagnoses into electronic transmission for clinical trials.
